COVID-19 has caused disruption to accommodation and tourism across New Zealand and around the world. Brenton Lodge is now open and is looking forward to sharing this beautiful part of the world with you. Our accommodation is individually and privately accessed which gives confidence to our guests. Each lodge has a kitchenette so we are able to provide easy physical distancing as well as best industry practice in hygiene and sanitising.

We were already maintaining very high standards of cleanliness but we are now also

Conducting full sanitisation of all touchable services
Providing hand sanitiser in each lodge for the use of guests
Minimising contact between our team and guests
All our team wear gloves and masks during the cleaning process between guests
Additional towels and amenities are available in each lodge if preferred as an alternative to servicing

Booking and Cancellation - There will be no cancellation fees for guests who book with us direct and need to cancel due to COVID 19 or New Zealand alert levels. This means anyone who has booked direct with Brenton Lodge, will be able to move their booking to later in the year without penalty and their deposits will be credited against a later booking. Or you may choose to cancel and receive a refund in full. Please note we cannot offer the same for bookings made through third party on line booking websites. We will do all that we can to support you during these really difficult times.
